In our second giveaway of 2005 (and our 6th consecutive drawing), we're teaming up with XtracPads yet again and giving away some performance gaming accessories. Specifically:
(1) Xtrac Hybrid Mouse Pad Kit (Includes pad, Mad Dotz, and decal)
(2) Xtrac Pro HS Mouse Pads
(2) 12-Pack Mad Dotz Sets
That's right, one lucky winner will walk away with the all-new Xtrac Hybrid mouse pad. Currently we don't know anything about it and it's not scheduled for release until February 10th. We'll update the page accordingly when we know more. As usual, we're basing this month's contest in our forums. To be eligible, here's what you need to do (please read carefully, as every time we hold a giveaway several people who enter potentially win but get disqualified due to their not meeting the outlined requirements):
Register in the forums if you haven't already done so.
Contribute at least 20 relevant, non-spam posts between now and midnight, February 28, 2005 to be eligible.
Post a reason why you should win in this thread. You can only post once in this thread. Be creative! This counts as your initial entry. It doesn't affect your chances since it's a random drawing, but creative reasons are always amusing and something like "I want to win because I just do" may get you disqualified.
For the first time in our monthly giveaways, we're going to give our members an opportunity to have multiple entries based on post count. Once you reach 20 posts, you get 1 entry. If you get 30 more posts (50 total posts), you get 2 entries. If you get 40 more posts (90 total posts), you get 3 entries. If you get 50 more posts (140 total posts), you get 4 entries, and so on and so forth. Basically the more you post the better your chances are (however if everyone gets say 5 entries then everyone has the same chance of winning). Once again, keep in mind that you can only physically post once in the contest thread. The other entries will be taken into account at the end of the month based on your post count for that month.

Here's some more useful information:
Five (5) eligible users will be randomly selected as winners and announced within a week following the end of the giveaway, so the first week of March 2005.
Each winner will be notified via email (same address you provide during your forum registration) and will be given 48 hours to respond with shipping information.
Should a potential winner not meet the requirements (invalid email address, untimely response, irrelevant forum contributions i.e. spam, etc) we will select someone else until we have all the winners we need.
Each winner is limited to 1 prize per giveaway.
Unfortunately XtracPads is only shipping to the continental U.S. at this time.
This page will be updated with a list of winners (using their forum usernames) shortly after the end of the giveaway.
