• Register in the forums if you haven't already done so.
• Contribute at least 50 relevant posts between now and the October 31, 2004 (Off Topic posting doesn't count) to be eligible for any parts of the giveaway.
• Beyond that, there are three parts to this giveaway. The first will be a mod contest. The theme this month is video games. To be eligible for this part, you have 1 month (until October 31st inclusive, to be exact) to mod a computer in the theme of any video game. From Mario to Doom 3, the sky is the limit and any popular games (whether PC, console, or arcade based) are valid options. You will need to log your progress in our Case Mod Gallery by taking pictures and posting them as you go along in a thread you create in that forum, along with explanations of what you're doing. Think of it as writing a case mod article. There are many free image hosting websites, a popular one being Photobucket. How often you post/how detailed you make the reports is up to you, but it will all be taken into consideration in the final judging. You must post at least a concept of what you'll be doing no later than Monday, October 11th and begin your picture log no later than Monday, October 18th.
  
  Grand prize: winner's choice of 1024MB HyperX PC3500 or 1024MB HyperX DDR2 PC5400 memory kit. Second & third prizes: one each 1042MB HyperX PC3500 memory kit (or one 1024MB HyperX PC3500 kit and one 1024MB HyperX DDR2 PC5400 kit if the grand prize winner chooses HyperX PC3500 instead of HyperX DDR2 PC5400).
• The second part of the giveaway is a random drawing. Post a good reason in this thread explaining why you should win. Be creative, it just might increase your chances of winning. In order to keep people from changing their reasons, any posts that are edited after being posted will cause that member to be disqualified from this portion of the giveaway, so make sure you post what you really want to and check for spelling. Prizes: five 512MB HyperX PC3500 kits (2x 256MB).
• The third and final part of the giveaway is a collection of suggestions for improving traffic to our forums. This can be anything. Post your suggestion in this thread. In order to keep people from changing their suggestions, any posts that are edited after being posted will cause that member to be disqualified from this portion of the giveaway, so make sure you post what you really want to and check for spelling. The person with the most useful suggestion, determined by myself, will win a 1GB Compact Flash card.

• For the case mod section of the giveaway, the winners will be selected by a combination of the following: public poll in our forums open to all registered users, the opinions of Kingston personnel, and the opinions of Mikhailtech staff. Criteria includes, but is not limited to: creativity, originality, attention to detail, and overall concept-execution. Winners will be announced one week after the end of the giveaway (Monday, November 8th).
• For the random and suggestion sections of the giveaway, winners will be selected on Monday, November 1st.
• Should a potential winner not meet the requirements (invalid email address, untimely response, irrelevant forum contributions i.e. spam, crappy reason such as "because I want one" or edited reason, etc) we will select someone else (randomly or not, depending on the prize) until we have all the winners we need.
• Each winner is limited to 1 prize per giveaway.
• Each winner will be notified via email (same address you provide during your forum registration) and will be given 48 hours to respond with shipping information.
• Kingston will anywhere in the world (reasonably), so non-U.S. residents feel free to enter!
