Following the quick glances into the locations behind the Chaintech name, we were introduced to the sales and marketing strategy that has taken hold at Chaintech. According to Simon Ho, we are now leaving the late-PC era and are entering the post-PC era. In making this shift Chaintech has moved from the traditional pyramidal marketing scheme to an hourglass shaped marketing strategy. In the “David vs. Goliath” market of today, Chaintech plans to not only survive, but to thrive by creating a niche and serving it to the fullest. The plan is to do this through four different steps.
